R&D Multiples has recently completed delivery of 4 nos of 4500mm (180”) butterfly valves for an overseas power project with a manufacturing lead time of approximately 7 months. These valves were fabricated within our factory under strict quality control standards and the following tests were carried out prior to delivery:

• Visual & dimension check as per approved quality plan
• Hydrostatic body & seat test as per API 598
• Functional open-close test with electrical actuator
• Painting & corrosion protection, in accordance with the requirements of the customer
